After installation, we stay onsite for a week of training to perfect and program the recipes (in the same iPod that they'll use to communicate with us for real-time support) while the team graduates PRO (Pre Roll Operator) University. We monitor with human and machine observation, photographing every finished pre-roll and providing detailed production reports while keeping all of our pre-roll machine parts running smoothly remotely and onsite when needed.
